EMDAD Joins Forces with NMDC Group to Strengthen Energy Portfolio in the UAE and Beyond

EMDAD, a long-established provider of integrated oil and gas solutions in the United Arab Emirates, is proud to announce the successful conclusion of a strategic transaction with NMDC LTS, a subsidiary of NMDC Group. Under this agreement, NMDC LTS has acquired a 70% equity stake in EMDAD.
