In his role as CEO of Emdad and MD of AE, Mohammed is responsible for the leadership and the strategic vision of EMDAD and Al Bawardi Enterprises. As a far-sighted entrepreneur and a warm, inclusive leader who prides himself in recognizing the importance of motivation and team connections, Very recently in recognition to his leadership attribution and achievements, he was recognized as “CEO of the Year” by AIMTEK International. Under his leadership, EMDAD has been embracing new technologies and venturing into multiple, converging sectors, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other advanced fields. Mohammed envisions to have a local manufacturing arm for the oil and gas industry products – made in the UAE. He possesses experience and knowledge relating to both national and international oil markets, giving him a thorough understanding of the dynamics of oil and gas industry. Mohammed is an innovative leader who looks ahead with meaningful vision thereby drafting blueprint for the future of the group companies and how they contribute to UAE and GCC in general. He holds degree in Economics and Business Management from Florida International University, USA. As well as multiple executive courses related to Finance, negotiation skills and corporate governance.

Responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance of EMDAD. He first joined EMDAD in 1997 as a sales and operations engineer. In 2000, Al Ramahi joined Halliburton and held several positions within the company for 14 years in the roles of business development and regional management. Subsequently, Al Ramahi joined ADNOC Onshore Drilling where he stayed until 2017. Executive business, entrepreneurial and inspirational leader with more than 29 years of professional experience, Al Ramahi is known for maximizing operational excellence and delivering exceptional financial performance, in addition to driving EMDAD’s brand growth. Directly reporting to EMDAD’s Chief Executive Officer, Al Ramahi has been leading a diverse team of 100+ professionals in upstream services and Business Development. He has received multiple awards throughout his decades-long career, including the Halliburton Maximum Value-Added Performance Award (MVP by CEO). Demonstrated leadership and business growth track record, Finance experience, strategic analytical thinking, highly energetic with high ethical standard, developing talent and teams to achieve their potential and build management depth for results with customer focus. Communicate effectively at all levels. Al Ramahi holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology and Environment from YU, in addition to a degree from the Executive Leadership Program at Texas A&M University. He is active in a number of business-oriented and non-profitable organizations, such as SPE, having also performed the role of the SPWLA UAE Vice President.

The Group QHSE Manager, Avinash Parakkal is responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining effective QHSE management systems across the organization. He reports directly to the CEO and leads the QHSE Department. His association with the EMDAD group began in 2011. Over the years, he progressed within the company and eventually assumed the role of Corporate QHSE Manager for the group. He has over 16 years of professional experience in the UAE’s energy and utility sector.

Group Finance Director for the EMDAD LLC Group, Mohamed Karaa is responsible for financial operations EMDAD subsidiaries, EMDAD services and Intergulf General Contracting. He directly reports to the CEO of EMDAD. Mohamed has over twenty-eight years of professional experience across Egypt, Canada, UK, Iraq, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates with experience in IFRS, SOX, COSO, organizational structure, finance, capital markets, business valuation and M&A. He started his career in consulting with KMPG in Egypt. He then worked for Precision Drilling and Petro-Canada. He subsequently took on a leadership position at BP-Iraq, Gulf Keystone Petroleum-Iraq, Harlow International and, ultimately, Emdad in 2017. Mohamed has a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Cairo University, Egypt, and an EMBA degree from Kellogg-HKUST. He is also a certified Chartered Accountant from the UK (ACCA) and Canada (CPA).

Director of Valve and Hoses Division, Davide Lisignoli is responsible for operational and business management, production, budgeting and process improvement. With over 20 years of professional experience in manufacturing and service sectors across several countries, Lisignoli joined EMDAD in 2012 as Director of Valve and Well Head Maintenance. Prior to joining EMDAD, he worked as Plant Manager in Mir Valve, Malaysia, for three years and as Service Manager for Sakhalin-1 project, Russia, with Exon Mobile for four years. He is the Founder of Care ‘O’ Valve, Italy. Lisignoli is a graduate engineer with various memberships and certifications in the field.

Director of Agencies and Trading, Sujeendran SJ, is responsible for the Sales & Business development of the company’s agencies, sponsorships and joint ventures covering Upstream and Downstream. He joined EMDAD in 2009 as Manager for Process and Static Equipment, taking on additional responsibilities in rotating machinery, marine and subsea, electrical, control and instrumentation divisions, subsequently becoming the Division Manager. Under his leadership, EMDAD has received recognition for its best performance from several international partners. Sujeendran started his career over 25 years ago with Ultrafilter GMBH, in India and he moved to the UAE in 2001, as a Business Development Manager for Hydrolink, Abu Dhabi. With over 22 years of experience in the UAE, he specializes in Process/Petroleum Engineering and Digital Technologies. He is tasked with identifying and developing EMDAD’s potential partnerships with advanced technology providers that supports end users vision and sustainability. With a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical and Environmental Engineering, Sujeendran has been a long-time member of the Petroleum Community Forum and the Society of Filtration and Separation Engineers.

Operation Director of EMDAD services LLC., Wasim Samy is responsible for ppromoting business growth and developing strategic business plans. Joining EMDAD in early 2021, he has been involved in strategic client negotiations, budgeting and developing long-term operational strategies to meet the company’s objectives. At EMDAD, he manages the business team and ensures punctuality and efficiency of the company’s business and strategic development plans – always inclusive of appropriate QHSE protocols. With his extensive experience with the plant maintenance industry and business growth, Samy has contributed significantly to EMDAD’s growth and strategic development plans. He started his career in the UAE in 2004 with the Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC), subsequently holding senior positions at a number of companies, including Mawarid Services and Descon Engineering in both UAE and Qatar. Samy has built extensive experience over the course of the past seventeen years in plant maintenance for turnaround/shutdown projects and for planning and management of around 50 turnaround projects across the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia. His work portfolio includes some of the biggest shutdown projects, such as the QATARGAS LNG, helping Samy gain positive recognition from clients. At EMDAD, he manages the business team and ensures punctuality and efficiency of the company’s business and strategic development plans – always inclusive of appropriate QHSE protocols. He has a degree in Mechatronics Engineering.

Group Commercial Director for the EMDAD Group, Buddheswar Roy is responsible for Contracts, Procurement, Estimation, Inventory, Logistics and Tendering. He directly reports to the CEO of EMDAD. Additionally, he has been involved in Commercial Excellence and Business Strategy initiatives to support the organization to grow organically. He has more than 21 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Automobiles, IT and Project Consultancy in world renowned Organizations like ADNOC, Worley Parsons, Al Mulla Group, Satyam Computers and Hindustan Motors etc. He started his professional journey in India and followed by Kuwait, Oman, Singapore and finally settled in United Arab Emirates since 2012. He has extensive experience in handling Procurement, Contracts, Supply Chain, Project Commercial, Project Management and Business Strategy. Out of 21 years’ experience, he spent more than 12 years in ADNOC and led many important activities in ADNOC. He has done bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical) from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpore, India, followed by his MBA from London Business School. Additionally, he has been qualified in many professional certifications such as PMP, Lead Auditor, Digital Supply Chain, etc.
